Flooring Den is a trading name of Brady Snape ("we", "us"), based in Leicester. We're responsible for the personal information you share with us. If you have any questions, contact us on 07544 750099 or hello@flooringden.co.uk.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, by our form, phone, WhatsApp or email, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number and/or email, delivery address and postcode, the designs and amount of flooring you're interested in, and any message you include.
Why we use it
We use it only to reply to your enquiry, arrange viewings, samples and deliveries, and to process and fulfil your order. Our lawful bases are taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, performing that contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. We don't send marketing, and we never sell or share your details for marketing.
Who we share it with
Only with the services needed to run the business: our website host and form processor (Cloudflare), email and messaging providers (such as WhatsApp, if you message us there), Royal Mail or a courier for deliveries, our bank, and, once card payments are available, our card payment provider.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to an order are deleted within 12 months. If you place an order, we keep the records we need for accounting and tax purposes for 6 years, as required by HMRC.
Cookies
This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Bunny Fonts and the map from OpenStreetMap, neither of which set tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by contacting us using the details above. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
