SPC rigid core click
- Stone-plastic composite core: rigid, stable and very dent-resistant
- Underlay already attached, so there's nothing extra to buy
- Clicks together and floats, with no glue
- More forgiving of minor subfloor imperfections, so it's a good fit for a confident DIYer

Hi, I'm Brady.
I started Flooring Den from home in Leicester in March 2026 with one pallet and one design, and the business has grown every month since. I've now supplied floors to homes and trades across Leicester, Loughborough, Quorn, Barrow upon Soar and Market Harborough, and as far as Coventry, Birmingham and Peterborough.
Before that I ran Flooring Superstore in Leicester for two years, and spent ten years in the trade building extensions, fitting kitchens and plastering, so I know flooring from the subfloor up.
My mission is simple: bring high-quality flooring at a big discount, so everyone can have a luxury floor for a great price. When you get in touch, you deal with me. I'll give you honest advice on which floor suits your room, your subfloor and your budget, and I'm always on hand for laying advice after you've bought.

Good to know
How much flooring do I need?
Measure the length and width of each room in metres and multiply them to get m². Add about 10% for cutting and waste (more for herringbone or awkward rooms). Each design page has a calculator that works out the packs and the price for you, or just send Brady your measurements.
What's the difference between click and dryback?
Our click floors are SPC rigid core: the boards lock together and float over the subfloor with no glue, and the underlay is already attached. Dryback LVT is thinner and is glued down to a smooth, level subfloor. It gives a very solid, long-lasting finish and is how herringbone is normally laid. We recommend a professional fitter for dryback.
Do I need to buy underlay?
No. All of our click flooring has underlay already attached, so you don't need (and shouldn't add) a separate one. Dryback LVT is glued straight to the prepared subfloor, so it doesn't use underlay at all.
What does the wear layer mean?
It's the clear protective layer on top of the design. The thicker it is, the harder-wearing the floor. 0.55mm is tough enough for busy family homes, and 0.7mm is the toughest we stock.
Is LVT really waterproof?
Yes. LVT and SPC boards are 100% waterproof, which is why they're so popular for kitchens, bathrooms, utility rooms and homes with pets and children. Laminate, by contrast, has a wood-fibre core that can swell if water gets in.
Can I see the flooring before I buy?
Yes, and we'd encourage it. Viewings are by appointment, 10 minutes from Leicester city centre (LE2). You'll see full boards from the actual stock you'd be buying, not a tiny chip in a brochure.
Do you do samples?
Samples are free if you collect them. If you'd rather have them posted, we'll send 3 samples by Royal Mail 48 for £5, and that £5 comes off your order if you go ahead.
Do you fit the flooring?
Not just yet, as we're supply-only for now. Brady has years of fitting experience and is always on hand for laying advice on your subfloor, preparation and fitting. A click fitting service is coming soon.
How quickly can I get it?
Everything we sell is in stock. Next-day delivery is often possible if you're in a rush (a small fee may apply), and same-day is sometimes possible if you order early and the schedule's clear. We also do early-morning and late-evening deliveries to fit around you.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free within 50 miles of Leicester on orders over £500, and £50 within 50 miles on orders under £500. Further than 50 miles is priced on the size of the order and the distance, so just ask.
What if a pack arrives damaged?
We'll replace it. Damaged packs are always replaced, simple as that.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer or cash. Card and tap-to-pay with your phone are coming soon. Trade and bulk orders get discounted pricing, so ask for a quote.
Are the photos real?
The room settings are illustrations, made to show how each design looks laid in a home. Every other photo and video on this site is of our actual stock.
